The services offered for a low set fee include all of the services sellers expect from a full-fee real estate agent and usually more. My services include, but are not limited to: professional photos of the property, weekly market evaluations, open houses, expert negotiation. I also have extensive property managment, and investment properties experience. As a resident of the San Gabriel Valley for nearly twenty years, I am intimately familiar with many aspects of the community. I have earned a Bachelor’s degree from University of California Riverside and a Juris Doctor Degree. I am a Member of Arcaida Association of Realtors (AAR), California Association of Realtors (CAR) and National Association of Realtors (NAR). Realtors.
